Before You Book: Families traveling with infants or elderly will need to walk steps to their cottage); we have no TV in the rooms but a great patio sit out; no room service Come if you really enjoy being in the outdoors, and are not expecting a run-of-the-mill resort stay
The present rule as per The Uttarakhand Government is that the guest would be required to have your RTPCR test report taken within 72 hours of arrival and register on The Uttarakhand portal, details of which I will share on confirmation. Rules are expected to change on 15th June.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that we can be faced with unforeseen and very challenging situations including but not limited to due to inclement weather, snow and ice conditions, political restrictions, travel bans, epidemics or pandemics, or any other cause.. In such cases, we will allow a one-time date change amendment without any charges, until one year from the date of the original booking. Any difference in tariff will be borne by the client. This flexibility will be available to those bookings where we have received 100% payment.

Booking and Payment: We will hold a block for your program once the final dates and confirmation are received from you. The block can be paid for 21 days before the arrival date, or released as per your booking status. Any transfers from Haridwar railway station or Dehradun airport to Atali and back are extras. Please send in a timely request should you need any, all other services besides the inclusions above will be extra
