• In case booking request is received less than 4 nights, alternative rates apply

• Rooms would be subjected to availability at the time of booking

• Triple rates are for one room on a triple occupancy. The bedding is dependent as per the individual hotels. Normally an extra bed or a sofa cum bed is provided

• Extension rate per night cannot be used for rate reduction per night

• No refund will be made for unused portion of the tour / tours

• Friday is the weekend in UAE, certain attractions will be closed

• Any change in the Government tax structure will reflect in the final invoice

• Sightseeing places mentioned above are currently open and in case of sudden closure, KeyTerns will not be held responsible for the changes

• Meals & drinks not mentioned above and any extras have to be settled by the clients before check out from the hotels

Cancellation Charges : 

• Free cancellation is available 30 days before the departure date. However, 5% refund charges will be applicable. Within 30 days of the trip, 100% is non-refundable.
