Cancellation and Refund Policy:- 100% refundable if canceled 7 days prior to the travel start date with a small fee of Rs.2000 per person. TCS deducted will not be refunded as the same will have to be claimed by Traveller from the Income tax department. Payment Terms - Rs.20000 for booking confirmation, 25% on total - 21 days prior to the travel start date and 100% - 10 days prior to the travel start date..  Price may increase at the time of making payment and booking because of rate changes in currency, hotel, etc. Tax Collection at Source - TCS will be deducted as applicable, paid to Income Tax Department and the certificate will be given. Customer can adjust the TCS while submitting Income Tax Returns. PAN copy will be required. Please refer to the Finance department press release on TCS to be deducted on foreign travel   Extract is given below.  Travel dates before 30th Sep 2023 - 5% (without threshold) Travel dates after 1st Oct 2023 - For purchase of overseas tour program package under Clause (ii) of Sub-section (1G), the TCS shall continue to apply at the rate of 5% for the first Rs 7 lakhs per individual per annum; the 20% rate will only apply for expenditure above this limit.
