General Policies:

• Booking will be considered as confirmed on the payment of 100% of the accommodation charges.
• Should there be any changes in the tax matrix from the time of booking to arrival day the same will be applicable for the stay.
• All guests are required to carry one valid Govt. issued photo identity to be produced at the time of Check-in.
• The stay is complimentary for 2 children (under 12 years) in the same room without any extra bed. For children between 6 and 12 years, there will be an additional charge of Rs. 150 per child for breakfast. Guests above 12 years will be considered as adults and charged at Rs. 300 per person for breakfast.
• General cancellation rules do not apply to Black Out dates during peak season.
